Business Development Director
We are seeking a Business Development Director for new clients development planning and management. As Business Development Director, your responsibilities will be as follow:

• New clients development planning and management.
• Market researching.
  
• Formulation of new strategies.
  
• Distribution channel analysis and development.
  
• Marketing, advertising and promotion planning.
  
• Organization planning and development.
  
• Launch and implementation.
  
• People-management, recruitment, motivation, training and development staffing responsibilities.
  
• Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
  
• Self-development and continuing personal development.
  
• Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
  
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Speaking Arabic is an asset.
  
• More than 10 years experience in Event Management & Exhibition Stand Construction, with at least 5 years within the UAE.
  
  

Business Development Manager (Events)
Mansion Creative, a subsidiary company of The Mansion Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for its events division. Your day to day responsibilities will be:

• New clients development planning and management.
  
• Lead event teams by allocating resources effectively.
  
• Source new media, event gimmicks and technology and develop a preferred supplier database.
  
• Liaise with creative teams and ensure quality of production.
  
• Interact with account managers & clients; understand their requirements and up-sell services.
  
• Diligence, an eye for detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Knowledge of staging, sound, light, audio visual, production etc.
  
• Ability to work within budgets and handle negotiations.
  
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Speaking Arabic is an asset.
  
• Will report directly to the Business Development Director.
  
• More than 5 years experience in event management, with at least 2 years within the UAE.
  
  

Business Development Manager (Exhibitions)
Mansion Creative, a subsidiary company of The Mansion Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for its exhibition division. Your day to day responsibilities will be:

• New clients development planning and management.
  
• Take on the responsibility of the day-to-day management of projects.
  
• Estimating and preparing cost analysis.
  
• Control project budgets.
  
• Management of clients and subcontractors.
  
• Managing and supporting team members.
  
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Speaking Arabic is an asset.
  
• More than 5 years experience in the exhibition stand construction industry, with at least 2 years within the UAE.
